Effective June 1, 2020 – Reider Insurance offices will now be OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Some of our offices have returned to regular hours of operation, please check as each office for specific hours of operation.

Stay Safe! – Due to COVID, Customers can continue to process most Autopac transactions (without a requirement for signature and picture), home, and business insurance by phone and email – so in most cases there is no need to attend our offices.

For customers who prefer to attend at one of our offices or who have transactions that cannot be completed over the phone, we are committed to Social Distancing and keeping our customers and staff safe.

Restoring Services – we have implemented the following safety measures:

–          Hand sanitizer is required for all customer entering the office.

–          There will be no waiting areas inside the office, however sidewalk markings will be positioned to adhere to 2 metre distancing requirements.

–          Sanitizing of the Visa/Mastercard point of sale keypad after each use.

–          Enhanced cleaning of customer facing areas.

–          Protective shields installed on all customer facing workstations.

–          Screening of staff and customers prior to entry to building.

–          Bathrooms will not be available for customer use at this time.
